Hydrothermal reactions of 1,1′-(1,5-pentanediyl)bis-1H-benzimidazole (pbbm) with ZnCl2 afford two 1D helical metal–organic polymers {[ZnCl2(pbbm)] · (H2O)1/8}n (1) and {[Zn(pbbm)2] · Cl2 · (H2O)1/2}n (2). Polymer 1 features a 1D single helical architecture, whereas 2 possesses a 1D cationic double helical chain framework. Photoluminescence investigations reveal that both of them display strong emissions in the solid state at room temperature, which could originate from a ligand-to-ligand charge-transfer (LLCT) transition, as confirmed by the molecular orbital (MO) calculations.  相似文献

Biomedical Ti-Fe-Zr-Y alloys were prepared by 3D printing on pure titanium substrate. The influences of Zr on mechanical, forming, and biological properties of the alloys were investigated in detail. The results showed that with increasing the Zr addition, the surface roughness, friction coefficient and worn volume decrease at first and then increase, the lowest values obtained at 5.86 at.% Zr addition. The ultimate compression stress and specific strength gradually decrease. The studied alloys have no cytotoxicity. They can promote the early adhesion and proliferation of cells. The eutectic alloy with 5.86 at.% Zr addition has the best ability of apatite deposition, it exhibits a better comprehensive performance among the studied alloys, which is superior to the Ti70.5Fe29.5 and Ti-6Al-4 V alloys.  相似文献

The effect of cerium content on the corrosion behavior of Al-Co-Ce amorphous alloys in 0.6 M NaCl solution was investigated by cyclic polarization, Mott-Schottky and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques. Results indicated that the open circuit potential of Al-Co-Ce amorphous alloys displayed a decreased tendency with the increase in Ce content, and the amorphous alloy with 4 at.% Ce presented both the lowest passive current density and donor density indicating the best corrosion resistance, while adding excess Ce led to the reduced corrosion resistance of Al-Co-Ce alloys. Furthermore, it was found that a low Ce content is beneficial to the formation of a more protective passive film on Al-Co-Ce amorphous alloys, and the corrosion inhibition reactions of Al-Co-Ce alloys in 0.6 M NaCl solution were changed with the increase in Ce content and the detailed reasons were discussed.  相似文献

电机电流信号特征分析(MCSA)是诊断鼠笼电机早期转子断条故障的常用方法。当电机在时变转速状态下运行时,转速和滑差连续变化,定子电流表现为非平稳信号,MCSA不再有效。本文提出一种鼠笼电机时变转速运行状态下的早期转子断条故障诊断新方法。该方法的核心是对定子电流Park矢量模平方信号作离散小波变换,然后根据转子断条故障特征频率2sf在转速连续变化期间的波形演变图谱以及小波能量变化判断故障发生与否。在3k W电机实验台上对所提出的方法进行实验验证,实验结果证实了所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

We have demonstrated that the production of carbon nanotubes in large quantities is possible with inexpensive coal as the starting carbon source by the arc discharge technique. It has been found that a large amount of carbon nanotubes of good quality can be obtained in the cathode deposits in which carbon nanotubes are present in nest-like bundles. For the growth of carbon nanotubes, the buffer gas pressure in the reactor is one of the crucial factors. The mineral matter in raw coals may also play an important part in the formation process of carbon nanotubes.  相似文献

The refined theory for axi-symmetric magnetoelastic circular cylinder is deduced systematically and directly from linear magnetoelasticity theory. Based on the general solution of magnetoelastic equation and the Lur’e method, the refined theory yields the solutions for magnetoelastic circular cylinder without ad hoc assumptions. On the basis of the refined theory developed in the present study, solutions are obtained for magnetoelastic circular cylinder with homogeneous and non-homogenous boundary conditions, respectively. For the circular cylinder with homogeneous boundary conditions, the refined theory provides exact solutions that satisfy all of the governing equations. The exact solutions can be divided into three parts: the 2-orders equation, the transcendental equation, and the magnetic equation. In the case of non-homogenous boundary conditions, the approximate governing equations are accurate up to the high-order terms with respect to cylinder radius.  相似文献

As a classic transition metal dichalcogenide, WS2 has been synthesized by a variety of methods towards different applications. However, few of them are vertically grown self-templated structures, besides, all the reported WS2 for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) are in acidic media. Herein, we use a simple method to synthesize a new morphological WS2 triangular nanoplates array through the sulfuration of hydrothermally obtained WO3 nanowires on carbon cloth (WS2TN/CC). The WS2TNs are equilateral triangle with large surface area that grown vertically on carbon fiber. The WS2TN/CC exhibits good catalytic activity and stability as electrocatalyst for HER in acidic media and firstly in both neutral and alkaline media. The overpotential of 196, 150 and 193 mV are needed to afford current density of 10 mA cm−2 in acidic, neutral and alkaline media, respectively.  相似文献

There is current interest in developing low cost, effective catalysts for the low temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of nitrogen oxides (NOx). In this work, we have applied carbon nanotubes (CNTs), produced as a by-product of hydrogen production from the steam reforming of toluene (as a representative hydrocarbon), as a catalyst support for a V2O5–WO3 catalyst for SCR of NOx. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis showed well dispersed metals on the surface of the CNTs. The V2O5–WO3/CNT catalyst has exhibited NOx reduction efficiency higher than 95% at reaction temperatures between 340 and 400 °C. However, there was a low NOx reduction at SCR reaction temperature of less than 200 °C which is suggested to be due to the lack of Lewis acid sites, as determined from NH3-TPD (temperature program desorption) analysis. Future work to lower the SCR reaction temperature with high NOx efficiency is suggested.  相似文献

Aiming the in situ formation of CA6 (CaO·6Al2O3) at alumina-based macroporous insulators, distinct Ca2+ sources and contents were used and their effect on some of the refractories properties were investigated. Adding CaCO3, Ca(OH)2 or CaO resulted in the decrease of the onset strengthening temperature (TS) and also of the linear shrinkage. However, a higher amount of Ca(OH)2 and CaO could not be used because of their effect on reducing the insulator total porosity. The composition prepared with 12.9 wt% of CaCO3 was the most promising one, leading to an expansion of 0.81 % after firing at 1600 °C for 5 h, TS of 680 °C and low thermal conductivity. These results point out the potential reduction of sintering temperatures and to the possibility of in situ firing the ceramic insulator. These features enable the development of a macroporous refractory composition with a higher thermal insulating effectiveness, which can help industries to decrease their energy demand.  相似文献

为提高TC4钛合金表面摩擦学性能,探究酸洗及等离子体预处理对TC4钛合金表面低温等离子体氮化进程的影响。首先采用热丝增强等离子体氮化系统分别对表面酸洗及未酸洗TC4钛合金在氩气气氛下进行等离子体预处理,然后对各种表面预处理的TC4钛合金实施低温(500℃)等离子体氮化。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪及X射线衍射仪分别分析了试样的截面形貌、氮势分布和物相组成;采用显微硬度计、摩擦磨损仪和轮廓仪测试氮化后TC4钛合金表面的显微硬度、磨痕曲线和摩擦系数,并计算了磨损量。结果表明:低温氮化后TC4钛合金基体组织形貌不变,表面获得厚度约10μm的氮化层。氮化后TC4钛合金的XRD衍射峰均向低角度偏移,表明形成含氮固溶体相。其中酸洗复合30 A等离子体预处理的TC4钛合金氮化后,XRD衍射峰向低角度偏移最明显,偏移量达0.2°。与基体相比,酸洗复合30 A等离子体预处理的TC4氮化表面显微硬度提高至691 HV,磨损量仅为基体的16%。酸洗复合等离子体预处理有效去除TC4钛合金表面氧化层、粗化表面,促进低温等离子体氮化进程,有利于含氮固溶体相形成,从而提高其表面摩擦学性能。  相似文献
